We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your item. During this period, you can request a return for any defect or dissatisfaction.
Order Cancellation
Before Shipment: Customers may cancel orders without reason within 24 hours of purchase. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the full order amount, including the shipping fee.
After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched and entered the logistics/shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.
In such cases, if you still want to “cancel”, please wait until you receive the package. Then follow the Return Process below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition: unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@amoriabloom.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label or provide the specific return address via email.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos and details so we can assess and resolve the issue. Prompt reporting helps us and the carrier investigate and rectify problems quickly.
Return Shipping Fees & Costs
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: If the return is due to a product defect, damage upon arrival, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover all return shipping costs. You will not be charged any extra fees for replacements or full refunds.
Standard Returns (Non-Defective / Customer Remorse): If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, dissatisfaction, or buying the wrong size/style, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the correct item is to return the original once it’s approved, and then place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures you receive what you want without delay.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it is in its original condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction.
