2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

The total time to receive your order is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Step 1: Order Acknowledgement

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email with your order details.

  • Action Required: Please double-check your shipping information (street number, apt/unit, city, zip code) immediately. If you spot any errors, contact us right away.
  • Tip: If you do not see this email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder before reaching out.

Step 2: Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your order number, carrier name, and a tracking number.

  • Tracking details usually update and become active within 24 hours on the carrier's tracking page.
  • When the package arrives in your destination country, final delivery is handled by your local postal service. You can track it on their official website using the same tracking number.
  • Tracking Validity: Tracking links remain active for 60 days. Please contact us within this window if you need assistance with your delivery status.

4. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address at Checkout: Orders are shipped strictly to the address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-shipping fee will apply to send it out again.
  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails, please contact your local post office first. They have direct handling information and can arrange a redelivery or hold it for pickup.

5. Damaged Items & Returns

  • Damaged on Arrival: We take great care to prevent damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged (e.g., soaked box, torn/bent items), please report the issue to the delivery carrier immediately. Then, email us within 3 business days with clear photos of the damage so we can expedite a claim and replacement.
  • Return Shipping Fees: If you wish to return a product for reasons other than quality issues (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size ordered), you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
