We offer Free Shipping on all orders over £49/$69 to the UK, US.

For orders under £49/$69, a standard shipping fee of £3.95/$8.99 will apply at checkout.



ORDER CONFIRMATION

After you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email listing your items and shipping details. Please check all information (country, street number, company name, unit, etc.) immediately. If anything is wrong, contact us right away. If you don’t see the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before reaching out. Clear confirmation reduces support queries and ensures smoother fulfillment.


SHIPPING

 

We provide tracked shipping for every order. The time from when you place your order to the estimated delivery (including order processing and shipping time) is as follows:

• UK: 5–8 business days   
• USA: 7–10 business days   
• Australia: 7–10 business days   
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days   

 

You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped out.

 

TRACKING

1. Order Acknowledgement: After ordering, you’ll get an acknowledgement email with your order details.
2. Shipment Confirmation: Once we ship, you’ll receive a shipment email with:
• Order number
• Carrier name and tracking number
• Order date/time and current status

You can track on the carrier’s website after ~24 hours. When your parcel reaches your country, local postal services handle final delivery—track with the same number on their site. If delivery fails for any reason, contact your local post office first; they have direct handling information we don’t. If you still have issues tracking, email info@amoriabloom.com. Tracking remains active for 60 days; please contact us within that period for assistance. 

 

 

DELIVERY

We take care to prevent damage. If an item arrives damaged, email info@amoriabloom.com within 3 business days with a photo. When you receive the package, note any issues (damaged/soaked box, torn or bent items) and inform the carrier immediately. Prompt reporting of damage helps us and the carrier resolve claims quickly. 


CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the shipping address is incorrect, email info@amoriabloom.com as soon as possible. 


PLEASE NOTE

In case of force majeure (extreme weather, natural disasters, etc.), order processing may be delayed. We will resume normal speed when it’s safe. Being upfront about possible delays maintains trust during disruptions   .
• Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package returns due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship at your expense.
• If you return a product for reasons other than quality issues, you cover the return shipping fee.
